Good product; lacks instructions. A good number of complaints about this in past reviews, so I thought I would add a quick HowTo. Note that it is EASY to do once you know how to do it :).

You will need to take one side of the frame off to get a picture in. This will require a screwdriver.

Once you get the acrylic pane out, don't forget to remove the plastic covering on the front and back that is protecting the pane.

That's all! Nice and easy once you realize that you will need to take it apart and that there is not some special trick to it.

Metal canvas frame came with "claw" attachment. Not suitable for most art shows. Need frames with parts on either side of frame connected by wire. Otherwise, frame was nice.

I bought this frame in black to put a matted watercolor painting in. The metal is smooth with a very subtle grain in it and a bit lighter weight than some previous metal frames I bought. The black paint is opaque and even. The backing board is smooth and appears to be a lightweight masonite or fiberboard. Nice to be able to get the frame, acrylic and backing at such a good price. It is a bit difficult to assemble as are all metal frames. Happy with my purchase.

This is a great frame. It is made well, looks great, and I actually like that it has plastic instead of glass. I am an elementary Art Teacher and occasionaly pictures get knocked off the wall! The only problem is it is hard to figure out how to get the pictures in and out.

Theses frames are awesome. It took minutes to frame my art. I needed no tools[and no help from my handyman husband]. The depth on the frame sides gives it a jazzy exspensive look.I am ordering more and so will my friends who have seen them. Thanks for a great product!

This is an exceptional frame. The corner supports are good quality and the frame material is excellent.
The down size is the single profile this product comes in. More options of varied profiles would be nice as well an option for hangers.
