Ideal for joining all types of paper! Perfect for mounting photographs, children's drawings, newspaper clippings, and graphic art layouts.
It dries fast and clear for temporary or permanent adhesion, allowing paper to be separated for repositioning. This artist grade cement spreads evenly and smoothly with no lumps so paper stays wrinkle-free. Flammable.

Comments about Best-Test Rubber Cement:
Very potent smell- which is common with rubber cement, but it did seep through some of my papers I tried to matte. Can be used with thicker paper, 80lbs.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Extremely good to get into sticky situations.

I use this for my art class and it is really great and easy to use than just using glue sticks or hot glue. Although, they will dry faster. So turn off your fans before using this product. And make sure the lid is shut tight.
Best stick-to-it-ness in town.

I go back to this product any time I try a different adhesive. I create paper mosaic paintings. Best-Test rubber cement allows me to move paper around without damaging the papers. Colors do not bleed with this adhesive. Clean up on the artwork is easy and clean just by using the cement to pick up unwanted adhesive. The odor is a slight disadvantage, so I recommend good ventilation.

This product works so much better than other brands especially if used as intended, a contact cement.

I use this glue to paste paper and collages together. It's good and if you mess up, you can remove the paper and reapply it. It's great that you're allowed to do that. I just say that, it sucks if you want to glue something permanently. Over time, it peels off.
Oldie but a Goodie

It works just fine for me!

I'm using this product to mount photo copies of artwork I have already sold to foam-boards so they can be displayed along-side my current pieces at a February Gallery Exhibit. This cement does not discolor or wrinkle paper and is perfect for a job like this.

Glad to find this!!

Blick's saved me $12 over local art store. With the other similar savings in my order, I saved a lot and covered the shipping easily. This "cement" is getting harder to find. I carefully checked the stuff in the hdwe stores and in the fine print found that they're permanent. And for the rare removable, there was NO thinner available any more. Used to be everywhere. Blick's was very convenient, fast and reasonable
