Use a Badger Blender to soften edges and blend colors. Gives a smooth surface.
Badger hair is soft and flexible. It's great for creating clouds and faux marble effects.

Comments about Royal Langnickel Badger Blenders:
I use badger brushes for blending in my stained glass painting. This particular one is not as soft at the ends as others I have, but it is a great mid-size and I've used it a lot already. It's just what I needed.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Terrible... Loses bristles constantly
By Carlos Printe
I am sorry but I have tried to use this brush (LW15-4) in three different projects. In all three it keeps shedding bristles. This makes it unusable since I have to remove the hairs from the canvas and re-feather which leaves yet more bristles on the canvas. It's not my technique since I have other blender brushes that work perfectly, such as the Blick MasterStroke or the competitors squirrel mix. In addition, this brush is particularly hard to clean compared to my other blender brushes.Maybe I got a dud, but my suggestion would be to buy the Blick brand or any other brush but this one.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

good blending brush
By painter from wa
I don't know about the earlier review saying this brush had the frizzies. But, if used properly, it works well. It is a bit tempermental such that once it has been immersed in thinner or anything wet, its more or less toast until its cleaned (soap and water only) and dried again which takes a day. Thats my experience, anyway. I just gently use the tips of this brush. Works great.
I've Got Frizzies!

I took this brush to a warm humid climate for it's first use and it immediately frizzed-up and lost most of its body. I was going to use it as a blending brush, but now may use it as a disposable house project tool.
Badger of a deal!
from New York
I can't say anything bad about this brush as I keep coming back for more (because I don't take the best care of my brushes). Great value and I literally can do the same thing with this badger as the one that I paid almost $300 for (and nearly ruined). My best advice is to get a few if you're getting one,[...]
