Comments about BagWorks Artist's Apron:
Gone through 2 other styles of aprons for pottery. Some to long some the ties are too flimsy and rip. These are the perfect length and the ties are part of the hem so they wont rip! Yay!!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Thick & long

Apron covers from upper chest to about 6" above my knee. It's plenty roomy. The pockets are a plus, plenty deep & roomy. It's a quality item at a decent price. Don't hesitate to purchase this!
Great Teachers Apron
By Jojo's opinion
The denim apron is perfect for a teacher. The pockets are deep enough to hold pencils, erasers, etc as I walk around in the classroom to help students.
I would buy this product again and again

Just what I was looking for.
By Pearl Girl
#sweepstakesI was looking for something lightweight that would not feel heavy on, long enought to protect clothing but not too long as to be restrictive. I also didn't want to pay a fortune because it will end up completely stained. This really fit the bill. The only improvement I would suggest is that the waist ties come around to the front, I think it holds the apron on better and I think it is easier to tie and untie in the front, but I realize that is just personal preference.

#sweepstakesI was looking for an apron to use when painting with soft pastels. I wanted it to be lightweight so that it does not feel heavy, long enough to protect clothing but not so long that it is restrictive. I also didn't want to pay a fortune because it will get stained with the pastels. This is just about perfect. The onlhy think I would like better is if the ties came all the way around and tied in the front, but that is just a personal thing, I just find it easier to tie and untie in the front, and I think it holds the apron in place a little better. Overall very satisfied.
not enough to there

The apron is good for general studio pottery work but it is not long enough for wheel work. My legs are exposed and it might be helpful if there were a split in the apron so that my legs would be better covered.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Whats up with the neck strap?
from Massanutten, VA
I paint daily and use this apron to protect my clothing which it does very well. It is made of heavy duty denim fabric (after washing once it is quite soft and comfortable). Many other reviewers have mentioned this so I was hoping they fixed the glitch..no such luck..the strap that goes around your neck is so small that i have to take my glasses off to get it over my head. The photo they have of the large man and the strap going down to mid chest is completely inaccurate. Once on it is quite comfy for me, but I would love to have it be a bit looser up top. Otherwise great product, and at this price It is still worth purchasing and making some kind of adjustment to make it fit you better so would def recommend still!

I planned to use the apron in art class. It is an especially bad fit around the neck. Very uncomfortable; can't wear. The instructor also noticed that the apron does not fit. I don't like wasting my money. I will never buy any apparel from Blick online again. If I could rate it with no star, I would.
Merchant response: We're sorry to hear that this apron isn't fitting you well, and we'd like to help you with this. Please give us a call at 1-800-723-2787, and our Customer Care Agents will be happy to work with you on a return or exchange.
Not what I expected
The quality was less than I expected. The plastic neck adjustment was hard to adjust. The fabric was not as heavy as I expected. The tie ends were not even the same length. It was useable as an apron but I returned it.
Merchant response: We're sorry to hear that this apron was not of the quality you expected, and of course we were happy to help you with a return. If there's anything else we can do to assist you, just let us know!
