Art Boards has coated their Natural Maple Plein Air Panel and Natural Fiber Panel with a heat-activated adhesive that provides an easy way to mount artwork, paper, and canvas to a stable, rigid surface. The mounting panels are fully archival, and artwork is easily mounted or removed with heat and light pressure. The mounting process is foolproof. Simply heat in a conventional oven, or toaster oven at 200° for two minutes, or heat with a household iron for a few minutes to activate the Archival Mounting Panel's adhesive. Quickly place the artwork, paper, or canvas on top of the panel. Apply pressure to the surface using a brayer or a soft rag, and the bond is made!
