Use Amaco Rub 'n Buff Metallic Finishes for decorating or antiquing wood, plaster, pottery, metal, leather, or gessoed surfaces. Rub on and buff to a beautiful luster. For hard-to-reach areas, thin with turpentine and apply with brush. Colors can be blended.

Each tube contains ½ oz (15 ml), enough to cover up to 20 square feet. (One square meter equals approximately 10.6 square feet.)

Note — The formula for Rub 'n Buff has been modified. It now exhibits the qualities of a creamy paste rather than a stiff, toothpaste consistency. The liquid medium used in Rub 'n Buff's manufacture may appear to separate as it is pushed out of the tube. This is not a defect. The medium and pigment will automatically blend on the palette.

Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.

Caution — Follow safety instructions carefully. Not suitable for use by children. Shipping restrictions apply to hazardous materials.

Altho coverage is great and it IS easy to use, soap and water clean-up is laughable. Yes it comes off your hands, but then you have to get it off the faucet, the sink,the counter-top you touched while looking for something to wash it off with. I don't know about the wash cloth I used-it may be ruined.

Use an applicator and rubber gloves and keep a trash can close by oh and old newspaper to wrap it all in unless you like multi colored trash cans.

I use this product to refinish old lamps, gives a rich finish to detailed surfaces. Love this product! I would recommend this product to everyone!
