The programs highlight artists who live and work in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area, bringing them to the attention of the community via cable-casting. Creative Vision is a complete art multi-media effort showing visions of creating art, experiencing art, and the rewards of artistic expression.

Artists are just a different type of people. At least we like to think we are. Artists can take many forms, the young child coloring his first book to the retired engineer who does house portraits for a living. All artists are unique, yet they are all the same in one essential way. They love to create, and love to explore new ways of creating. Each week I will put together a project idea, with helps and tips along the way. I will occasionally mention new artists that catch my eye, and I will dive into the historical lives of past artists and concepts/techniques for your own work. I will also review some random artists from the weeks project and post a few random submissions* from readers. In short, I want you to become the artist that you were created to be.
