David Burk Illustration
This site presents my illustrations and paintings as well as my philosophy on art. I also have a blog which I update periodically. It is there that I post updates on my latest work or my latest musings.
David Deen Web Studio
David Deen's illustration and graphic design, with an emphasis on fantasy illustration. There is also a semi-monthly newsletter, IMPrint, which follows the creation of artwork and other art-related issues.
David Kelley Originals
This website is my online portfolio consisting of 7 portfolios of fine art and illustration. Subject matter includes: giclee prints, wildlife and nature drawings, art for children, creative graphics, decorative animal art for interiors, and medical & scientific
illustration. Many of the pieces shown were created digitally as original prints in Adobe Illustrator on the Macintosh. The rest were created in watercolor or gouache. A new series of
landscapes in watercolor, acrylic and oils are in progress.
Artists are just a different type of people. At least we like to think we are. Artists can take many forms, the young child coloring his first book to the retired engineer who does house portraits for a living. All artists are unique, yet they are all the same in one essential way. They love to create, and love to explore new ways of creating. Each week I will put together a project idea, with helps and tips along the way. I will occasionally mention new artists that catch my eye, and I will dive into the historical lives of past artists and concepts/techniques for your own work. I will also review some random artists from the weeks project and post a few random submissions* from readers. In short, I want you to become the artist that you were created to be.
Fine Art: We do not do print transfers, nor do we do fakes. We vend Giclees from authorized sources of digitized copies of Fine Art Originals. We also provide decorating tips to guide you when making the correct choice of art.
