I am happy to describe on my website what I am learning from Aesthetic Realism about life, art, education, marriage and love, the family, music, the economy and so much more! This education was founded in 1941 by Eli Siegel, America’s eminent poet, critic and educator. It comprehends the world, the meaning of art, and our own most intimate selves. Mr. Siegel stated that, “The world, art and self explain each other; each is the aesthetic oneness of opposites.” Studying this has enriched my life enormously. I also use the Aesthetic Realism Teaching Method in art classes I teach to high school students and to present it to other teachers in professional conferences.
