Flexcut carving knives are constructed with high carbon steel blades that hold an edge extremely well and are easily maintained by simple stropping. Each blade is honed, polished, and affixed to an ash handle. Mini-Pelican Knife — The Mini-Pelican offers the same features as its larger brother, the Pelican, with a 7/8" (2 cm) ultra-thin blade for the lowest resistance when fine cutting is required. The smaller handle is faceted with multiple control points, allowing it to be held in a variety of comfortable positions. |
