When placing your order over the phone, by fax, or by mail, we accept personal and institutional checks, money orders, Blick Gift Cards, Dick Blick Gift Certificates, and VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Optima, Diners Club and JCB credit cards. No C.O.D. shipments. No individual open accounts.
Schools, institutions, government agencies, and businesses with suitable Dun & Bradstreet ratings may be extended net 30-day payment terms (with accompanying purchase orders). Customers who do not maintain their accounts within terms are subject to suspension of credit.
Written Confirmation
When following up on a phone, fax, or e-mail order with a written order, please clearly indicate "Confirmation Only - Do Not Duplicate."
Customers will be responsible for return freight and restocking charges for duplicate orders caused by failure to appropriately mark written follow-up orders.
