Colored in the pulp to ensure light resistance, Canson Ingres papers have a "laid" finish for chalk, pastel, pencil or charcoal. Ingres is a 65% rag, gelatin-sized, acid-free paper that is ideally suited for drawing and printing.

Strong and resilient, this 60% cotton French-made paper has two distinct surfaces: texture on one side (perfect for pastel and charcoal), and a smooth finish on the other (for detail work with pencil or ink).

This classic French paper has a "vellum" texture on the top and a flat surface on the reverse, both suitable for pastel, oil pastel, chalk, pencil, watercolor and acrylic. This heavy sheet has a high rag content, ensuring long life without deterioration.

Hahnemühle Bugra paper, mouldmade in Germany, is a duo-surface paper with a laid, toothy texture on one side, and a smooth texture on the other, offering artists a choice. Although made for pastels and charcoal, it works well with other drawing mediums.
