Armature Wire and Wire Form

Wireform is a pliable modeling material that bends and stretches into any shape and holds 3-dimensional forms. It works exceptionally well as a base for modeling materials such as clay, plaster, and papier maché.

WireForm soft metal rods are great for use as craft armatures or to accent jewelry, scrapbooks, and other craft projects. They can easily coil, twist, or bend to the desired shape. Thin rods measure 1 mm in diameter. Medium rods are 2 mm in diameter.

This economical aluminum wire is light weight and fully pliable for making large size sculptural armatures. Non-staining and non-corrosive.

These wire armatures are mounted and ready to support a sculpture project. The pliable, non-staining wire easily adjusts to almost any position. Bases are formica on heavy particle board.
