Metal Punching and Embossing

This easy-to-use punch makes holes from pin-point size up to 1/8" in tin or light metals, such as tooling foils. Sturdy plastic screwdriver handle. Overall length 4½". Note— We recommend 2 layers of corrugated cardboard underneath material to be punched.

Firm white ¼" thick felt makes an excellent pad over any smooth, hard surface. Contains 95% wool. 10" × 19".

Two hardened steel punches cut 3/32" or 1/16" holes in silver, copper, plastic, or any soft metal up to 14 gauge. Plated to resist corrosion.

Extremely soft, pliable metal sheets in bright metallic colors. 3 mil lightweight sheets accept the most intricate detail. 5 mil medium sheets make wonderful embellishments for projects or on their own for fine works of art. Wooden stylus included.

Lightweight matte black sheets are easy to emboss and can be worked on either side. They readily accept colored pencil, so kids can emboss and color at the same time. Black will not chip off when tooled with a pencil. Sheets are safe for younger artists.

These 5" × 5" sheets of solid Aluminum, Copper, and Brass are great for punching, embossing, rubbing, and decorating. 38 gauge Decorator Copper is Aluminum with Copper coating on one side. They are the perfect size for use with 4" × 4" Metal Smith Molds.

A light gauge, easily-tooled aluminum foil that is ideal for school and camp projects. Choice of coppertone or brass one side, the other side silver colored. 20 ft long roll, 4½" wide.

Make trays, plaques, planters, jewelry, and decorative pieces by embossing, tooling, repoussé, or overlay. This tooling foil cuts easily with household scissors or metal snips. The copper can be antiqued to a slate, gray finish with liver of sulphur.

Die-cut from cardboard, these frames are for children's artwork and crafts. Frames measure 4" × 4" inside, and 6½" × 6¾" outside. Package of 12 frames.

Here is an adaptation of the old tin punch craft, designed to be simple and safe for young children. The metal is soft enough to be punched without hammering, although hammers or flat rocks may be used to teach motor skills.
