This water-based primer should be applied very thinly with a foam applicator, not a brush, and allowed to dry completely before you begin painting in the Bob Ross technique.

PVA (Poly Vinyl Acetate) is a contemporary size for fabric support. On linen and cotton canvas, it prevents the fabric from absorbing atmospheric moisture that eventually causes swelling and shrinking, and ultimately, paint cracking.

Acrylic liquid dries to a porous, paper-like surface with high absorbency. Applied over gessoed canvas for staining techniques and watermedia applications with acrylic or watercolors. White and Off-White.

Golden's acrylic polymer GAC 400 is for stiffening fabrics. GAC 400 dries to a hard, stiff film. This allows artists to transform lightweight fabrics into freestanding forms.

Golden Sandable Hard Gesso is formulated with 100% acrylic dispersion polymer. It can be sanded to provide surfaces that are smoother and more even than those created using regular gesso.

Krylon Gesso Spray is a quick way to prepare a smooth, hard, bright white and non-yellowing, ready-to-paint surface on canvas, board, plaster, wood or cloth. Using a gesso spray saves time and eliminates brush strokes, sanding and brush clean up.
